Lompoc Record — The Lompoc City Council on Tuesday night is set to appoint Assistant City Administrator Teresa Gallavan, a Cal State San Bernardino graduate, to temporarily fill in as the city’s top employee.
On Sept. 17, the council announced the selection of Gallavan, who is also the city’s economic development director, to serve as interim city administrator following current administrator Laurel Barcelona’s retirement Oct. 12.
Gallavan earned a master’s in business administration from California State University, San Bernardino.
