SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. - The Inland Empire Women's Business Center at Cal State San Bernardino will hold a four-part workshop for existing or prospective business owners on how to develop a business plan.

The workshops will be held from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturdays beginning on Oct. 24; other sessions will be Nov. 7 and 21 and Dec. 5 at the center's office, 202 East Airport Drive, Ste. 155, in San Bernardino. The total cost is $80 if pre-registered online or $90 at the door.

The sessions will offer attendees the time, equipment and direction to develop their own business plans, including their entrepreneurial vision, product description, target market, operation plan and financial projections.

Each workshop in the series has been designed to make the topic easy to understand, while incorporating labs, checkpoints and counseling sessions to help write a bankable business plan.

The Inland Empire Women's Business Center is a program of the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship at Cal State San Bernardino in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration.

The IEWBC provides business counseling, training and mentoring designed for women business owners. The program provides targeted services to Latina business owners (currently the fastest growing group of women-owned businesses in the country) by providing services in English and Spanish.

The Inland Empire Women's Business Center's hours are Monday-Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays by appointment only. The center also has a part-time outreach office in Corona.
