TODAY: L.A. County Fair to host Cal State San Bernardino Day

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif.– Cal State San Bernardino students, faculty and staff will be admitted free to the Los Angeles County Fair in Pomona today, Thursday, Oct. 1, which is Cal State San Bernardino Day at the Fair.

Students, faculty and staff who present the coupon found at L.A. County Fair promotions will be admitted free to the fair on Oct. 1, as long as they provide valid CSUSB identification. Only one admission may be used per person, and the discount coupon must be surrendered at the time of the ticket transaction.

CSUSB alumni will receive half-price admission on their respective day when they present the coupon and ID.

All CSUSB participants are encouraged to wear school colors blue and black to the fair on Oct. 1.

Coupons are also available in the Santos Manuel Student Union, room 203, while supplies last.

Cal State San Bernardino Day at the Fair is just one of the designated “College Thursdays” at this year’s fair, which is the largest county fair in North America.

The Los Angeles County Fair, which is located on the Fairplex grounds in Pomona, is open every Wednesday through Sunday through Oct. 4.
