The Press-Enterprise – The Cal State San Bernardino baseball defeated Cal State East Bay 10-1, but fell 6-4 in the second game on the road in a California Collegiate Athletic Association doubleheader. In the first game, the Coyotes (6-17, 5-9) scored six runs in the fifth-inning of the first game. Dominic Campeau had an RBI and went 3 for 5 while pitcher Sabino Ramirez struck out four in six innings.

In the second game, Campeau added an RBI double in the second and CSUSB scored two more in the seventh to tie the game, but the Pioneers took the win after answering with three runs of their own.
