San Bernardino Sun – The Inland Empire economy continues to improve, but the growth can’t be taken for granted, according to an opinion piece. The article talks about how the Inland Empire Purchasing Managers’ Index showed an increase in January and February, a positive sign for the region’s manufacturing sector and economy in general.
The monthly report, produced by the Institute of Applied Research out of California State University, San Bernardino, project the “Inland Empire Economy will hold its own for at least the coming quarter,” but note “it is difficult to project past that point.”
