The Sun — The Inland Empire Latino Book and Family Festival takes place Saturday, April 30, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Cal State San Bernardino’s Santos Manuel Student Union. The festival supports the Vision2Read campaign because it promotes literacy throughout San Bernardino County. The festival is open to the public and admission and parking are free.
