Basketball: CCAA honors for Coyotes

The Press-Enterprise — Cal State San Bernardino guard Alexcia Mack earned her second straight All-CCAA women’s basketball first-team honor and fellow senior Chelsea Barnes was named to the second team for a second consecutive season. Senior Adriana Brodie was an honorable mention choice for the second straight season.

Mack finished in the program’s top 10 in 11 categories, including fifth in scoring with 1,255 points. Barnes led the Coyotes in scoring this season with 13.6 points per game and was 12th in the CCAA with 6.1 rebounds per game.

On the men’s side, CSUSB junior guard Everett Turner was an honorable mention All-CCAA pick after leading the Coyotes with 12.9 points per game.
