The Press-Enterprise — The Purchasing Managers Index for inland Southern California rebounded in January after a dreary December. The region’s index rose to 51.3 last month from a six-year low of 42.1 the previous month. Data were released Monday by the Institute of Applied Research and Policy Analysis at Cal State San Bernardino.
