The Times Picayune (New Orleans) — The continuing search for Cal State San Bernardino graduate Terrilyn Monette, a New Orleans-area teacher last seen March 2, now involves a private salvage company that is pulling cars out of a bayou in the area where she was last seen.
New Orleans police, who have been searching for the missing 26-year-old since she disappeared in early March, were joined by the Texas-based search and recovery operation Equusearch, which used sonar equipment to look through the lagoons in City Park and Bayou St. John. The group suspended its search on March 20, but police have continued to search for the missing woman.
