Friends of Library plan poetry reading

     

Inland Valley Daily Bulletin — Nikia Chaney, a graduate of of Cal State San Bernardino, will be one of the featured poets at a reading sponsored by the Friends of the Public Library at the Claremont Library on April 28. Not mentioned in the article is that Chaney earned her master of fine arts at CSUSB.

Her reading will be part of the Claremont Graduate University’s “Foothill: A Journal of Poetry.”

The free program will be at 2 p.m. at the library, 208 Harvard Ave., and also feature the works of Jose Hernandez Diaz of Antioch University in Los Angeles, Sarah Brenda Marsh-Robelo of San Diego State University and Alex Rieser of the University of San Francisco.
