Reilly takes over as city editor


Daily Press (Victorville) — Longtime Daily Press employee, local resident and Cal State San daily pressBernardino graduate Kris Reilly was named city editor of the Daily Press and Desert Dispatch this week. He replaces Brooke Edwards Staggs, who took a reporter position at the Orange County Register a month ago.

Reilly has lived in the High Desert for 27 years and attended Victor Valley College, where he served as editor in chief of the college’s newspaper, The Rampage. Reilly went on to study creative writing at California State University, San Bernardino.
