The Press-Enterprise — Cal State San Bernardino’s Black Faculty, Staff and Students 
Association have joined the San Bernardino Westside Action Group to host a welcome reception for new university President Tomás Morales on Tuesday, Oct. 9.
The reception, which is free and open to the public, will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Inghram Community Center at 2050 N. Mt. Vernon Ave. in San Bernardino.
