The Press-Enterprise — The American Council of Trustees and Alumni has released its grade report for how well American colleges and universities meet its criteria for providing a prescribed set of general education courses.
Cal State San Bernardino was given a B, while UC Riverside a D. But officials at both campuses were not too concerned with the evaluation.
