Highland Community News — The Inland Empire Women’s Business Center at Cal State San Bernardino recently honored 21 women for successfully 
completing the CitiBank “It’s Your Time Program: An Entrepreneurial Training Series for Women.”
Among the group were two Highlanders: Catherine Lopez-Brown and Mary Johnson.
