The Press-Enterprise — Manufacturers in Inland Southern California renewed some activity in July, despite more questions about American companies’ global customer bases and what’s seen as indecision caused by the election cycle, a report released Aug. 1 found.
The Purchasing Managers Index for San Bernardino and Riverside counties moved into positive terrain last month, according to a report by the Institute of Applied Research at Cal State San Bernardino. The index rose to 53.1 in July, up from 49.7 the previous month.
