Black Voice News — The Dr. Mildred D. Henry Elementary School groundbreaking will be held on Thursday, Aug. 23, at 10 a.m. at 1250 West 14th St. in San Bernardino. The 13.9-acre school is scheduled to be completed in July 2013.
The school is named in honor of local educator and Cal State San Bernardino professor emeritus Mildred D. Henry, executive director and founder of the Provisional Accelerated Learning (PAL) Center.
