Hearing in CSUSB professor’s alleged drug case moved to October


Inland Valley Daily Bulletin — Cal State San Bernardino professor Stephen Kinzey will have to wait until at least October to dailybulletinhear in court some of the evidence of illegal drug possession that county prosecutors allege they have against him.

Kinzey made a scheduled appearance before Judge Kenneth Barr on Tuesday in San Bernardino Superior Court, where the judge granted a defense request to reset the date for the professor’s preliminary hearing, according to court records.
