The Press-Enterprise — Stephen Kinzey, the fugitive professor who managed to make bail without being arrested, was due in court in San Bernardino this morning, Tuesday, Aug. 21, for a pre-preliminary hearing.
The Cal State San Bernardino kinesiology professor is charged with possession of a controlled substance for sale, and possession of a loaded firearm while in possession of illegal narcotics. Kinzey allegedly sold meth out of his Highland home with the help of 10 co-defendants, three of whom are also due in court today.
