CSUSB information-gathering service seeks survival strategies


The Press-Enterprise — For more than 25 years, a small consulting and information-gathering Press-Enterpriseservice launched by two Cal State San Bernardino professors, had more business than it could handle.

No longer. For the first time since it opened in 1985, the Institute of Applied Research and Policy Analysis is struggling to attract clients and sponsors, said its co-directors, Shel Bockman and Barbara Sirotnik.
