CSUSB grad named to Police Foundation’s top post

     

Reuters — The Police Foundation Board of Directors announced on Aug. 28 that Jim Bueermann, reuterslogoformer chief of police in Redlands, Calif., has been appointed president, effective Sept. 17, 2012. His appointment follows a nationwide search by Korn/Ferry International.

The article misidentified CSUSB’s College of Social and Behavioral Sciences; Bueermann was inducted into the college’s inaugural Hall of Fame class in 2009.
