The Press-Enterprise — The next two court appearances for Cal State San Bernardino kinesiology professor Stephen Kinzey, including a preliminary hearing to determine whether there is sufficient evidence to make him stand trial, have been scheduled for Oct. 19 and Oct. 23.
Kinzey, who is on paid administrative leave, is accused of running a methamphetamine-selling operation out of his Highland home. He has been charged with possession of a controlled substance for sale, receiving stolen property, conspiracy to distribute illegal narcotics, being in possession of a controlled substance while armed with a loaded firearm and participating in a criminal street gang.
