The Press-Enterprise — Arnoldo H. Resendez, who attended Cal State San Bernardino, has been appointed executive director of the Community Settlement Association of Riverside, CSA, a social services organization.
CSA is a century-old organization providing services to the residents of the Eastside neighborhood of Riverside.
