Inland Valley Daily Bulletin — Rodrigo Chipres was awarded a $3,000 grant by the Chino Basin Water Conservation District’s 
Education Grant Program. Chipres, who has earned grants the past two years, is working toward a degree in environmental studies at Cal State San Bernardino.
