Pfau Library to host Holocaust exhibit and lecture

     

Cal State San Bernardino’s Pfau Library will host the traveling exhibit, “The Courage to Remember the Holocaust,” on Monday, April 30, in the Pfau Library, room PL 4005.

The Courage to RememberThe opening ceremony and reception will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by a lecture from 6-7 p.m. by Timothy Pytell, a CSUSB associate professor of modern European history.

The event is free and open to the public; the parking fee is waived when attendees stop at the University Parkway parking kiosk to obtain a program flier to display on their vehicle’s dash.

The traveling exhibit is part of the Simon Wiesenthal Center’s Museum of Tolerance and will be on display on the first floor of the Pfau Library from April 30 through May 21.

Pytell is also the author of a biography of Holocaust survivor Viktor Frankl, as well as numerous articles on other Holocaust survivors.
