Students software engineering event showcases new mobile apps

     

Six student mobile app projects will be demonstrated when the Cal State San Bernardino computer science and engineering department hosts its annual CSE 455 CSUSB-app-icon_smSoftware Engineering Presentation on Wednesday, March 21, 2012, at Jack Brown Hall on campus.

Five new CSUSB mobile apps will be presented:

  • John M. Pfau Library
  • Recreational Sports Center
  • Virtual Campus Tour
  • Smartphone Games – Expo and SlideWinder
  • AlgorithmA – Educational app for algorithm animation

Also, this year’s presentation includes the CSUSB mobile app, an existing project first released last year.

The presentation will be held from 6-7 p.m. at Jack Brown Hall in rooms 358, 359 and 360. Companies participating this year are Surado CRM, iMedRIS, Kelly Space Tech. and Esri.

This event is free and open to the public. Parking at the university is $5. Parking passes may be purchased on campus at the drive up information center on University Parkway. Visitors may park in lots E or G off Coyote Drive from Northpark Boulevard.
